INCEPTION

“POPULAR” synonymous to quality, food products like “BREAD, RUSKS, BUNS, OTHER BAKERY PRODUCTS“ was started in year 1955 at a small town in Madhya Pradesh called Jabalpur by Shri Tek Chand Keswani, the man with immense wisdom, patience and ability to work hard, started up this as a very small bakery unit manufacturing breads at his own house, he himself used to drive a by-cycle and sell it to people who called it as a “eating brick”. slowly with his passion to bake he was successful in making an awareness amongst people who started calling bread as “popular”.

It is only now that people call it breads, earlier in those days people just called it popular in areas surrounding the town (JABALPUR), Shri Tek Chand Keswani worked as a daily base worker and a person who with his work grew to a level who created this EVER GROWING brand.

He was a humble man with great integrity. his works, words And the life he lead now stands as a source of inspiration to all of us in the organization.

2nd generation

The growth of company passed on to the next generation which was lead by SHRI PRATAP KESWANI. The man who had values of work hard, generosity and patience imbibed in him from his father kept his core values intact and still lives on as a man of immense integrity. He lead the company to new heights, he too follows the footsteps of his father and made it a national brand, not limiting to just a small town, new units were setup in AGRA,JABALPUR,GWALIOR, SATNA, RAIPUR, SURAT, AHEMDABAD, INDOORE, BHOPAL, NAGPUR and even beyond.

We call it “TODAY” because the third generation now has the responsibility to carry forward the company into the new decade. a time where growth will touch exponential limits and the organization will be a strong bonded family. for us business is not just about making profits and filling pockets but about serving the mankind by giving them quality food products at very reasonable prices the responsibility lies on the shoulder of two brothers who together form a team and have accepted the challenge in taking the company to new heights.


RISHABH KESWANI -----

Born in Jabalpur, completed his school from St. Aloysius high school was a brilliant student and also had interest in music, went AMITY university to complete his MBA in hospitality and now joins the business. a man with great enthusiasm, a techno, and a pure soul just like his grandfather.

Born in Agra, completed his school from ST CONRADS inter college, BBA from DEI UNIVERSITY and his MBA from NIBM (delhi). A passionate entrepreneur who plans to diversify fields and aims to take the group to new heights. He has always taken keen interest in sports and also won many state level debates and also shares the great interest in music . a humble person with the right mix of energy and ability
